See your healthy weight range based on your height. All calculations use the standard BMI formula (weight in kg / height in meters squared) and run entirely in your browser. How It Works
The calculator applies the standard BMI formula: weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters. For imperial inputs, it first converts pounds to kilograms (÷ 2.205) and feet/inches to meters. The visual scale maps the BMI value to a position on a color-coded gradient bar.
