OptiPix Panorama Maker stitches multiple photos into a single wide image with two modes. Easy mode joins 2–5 images side-by-side or stacked vertically with optional spacing - perfect for the 'compare side by side' or 'stitch screenshots' use case. Smart mode uses normalized cross-correlation (NCC) to find the best alignment offset between overlapping photos and blends the seam with linear feathering. Pick horizontal or vertical orientation, drag-to-reorder images, set the blend mode (hard cut / linear / feathered), and trim empty edges. Download as JPEG (recommended for large panoramas) or PNG. Everything runs in your browser - your photos never leave your device. Perfect for landscape panoramas, product flat-lays, real estate shots, and combining sequential screenshots.
How It Works
Easy mode draws each input image at sequential offsets onto a single canvas. Smart mode uses normalized cross-correlation on grayscale overlap regions to find the best (dx, dy) offset between adjacent images, then blends the overlap with linear feathering.
